One-on-One Business Strategy Session

This strategy session, it can either be done virtually or physically. The meeting will include the following: - Up to 3 1/2 Hour Meeting - Includes Lunch for 1 person (no alcoholic beverages) *if on Zoom/Virtual I'll cover your UberEats or DoorDash If you are a new startup business, we will walk through the steps that you need to take to get started in an official capacity. We will discuss the procedures of creating a business plan, market research, establishing proper strategies and procedures, invoicing, pricing margins etc. My goal is to help and assist you in growing your business, organize and structure your business in the desired areas and develop your mindset, leadership skills, tenacity, and tactical approach to overcome any obstacle you may face with this effective strategy session. If you already have a business and would like guidance to take your "expensive hobby" to a revenue driven business, during this session, my goal will be to help you conquer the chaos and create streamlined processes that will have your company running like a well oiled machine in no time. I’ll even help you analyze your existing methods, pinpoint areas of improvement, and identify those limiting your growth.
